Over Ten years. One lesson: the tech is the easy part.
I've helped organizations navigate change at every stage, from scrappy startups to large enterprises. Most of the time, the blocker isn't the technology. It's the transition: how people absorb new ways of working, and how teams make it stick. I write and think out loud about that gap.

Built from the Field, Not the Whiteboard.
I've spent 12+ years inside and alongside technology organizations during their most consequential transitions, not as a framework vendor, but as someone accountable for making change actually work. The hard problems are rarely technical. They're about how people absorb new ways of working, how teams build shared understanding, and how leaders create conditions where good ideas take root.
That experience, across organizations of every size, from early-stage startups to large enterprises, is what I write and think about. Not as prescriptions, but as patterns worth sharing. Because the faster practitioners share what they've seen, the faster we all get better at this.
