My career began in software development, but I quickly realized that the most complex bugs weren’t in the codebase, they were in the culture. While I loved the logic of backend development, I became fascinated by the ‘human operating system’: the dynamics that determine whether a team ships code or hits a wall.

This drove my transition into leadership and organizational design, where I found that technology is only as effective as the people wielding it. Today, I stand at the intersection of human behavior and emerging tech, exploring the science of collaboration—how cognitive load, psychological safety, and behavioral patterns impact delivery. 

My focus is on Organizational Architecture and to architect work environments where technology handles the computation, freeing up humans to handle the creation. I don’t just implement tools; I design the human systems that make them succeed.
